Pricing and Costs: Understanding Insycle Plans

Insycle offers flexible pricing plans based on your data management needs. This guide explains our pricing structure, what's included in each plan, and how to purchase.

Insycle Pricing Overview

  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • Plans are based on the total number of records in your databases
  • All plans include unlimited operations, users, and usage
  • View your exact record count in Settings > Sync Status
What Counts as a Record?

Each entry in your CRM that you are syncing with Insycle counts as a record. 

The record types included in the count vary by platform:

  • HubSpot: Contacts, companies, and deals. Note: Tickets, custom objects, line items, and any other standard objects are optional add-ons.
  • Salesforce: Accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities. Note: Any other custom or standard objects are optional add-ons.
  • Intercom: Leads, users, and companies
  • Pipedrive: People, organizations, and deals
  • Mailchimp: Contacts and audiences
  • Marketo: Leads, companies, and opportunities
  • Yext: Locations and assets
  • Zendesk: Tickets

You can review your record count in Insylce under Settings > Sync Status.

Each CRM platform you are syncing with Insycle shows metrics about the last sync: 

  • The Total Insycle value reflects the total number of records in Insycle
  • Total App is the total number of records in your connected app
  • The Breakdown lists how many of each type of record are included in the totals. This shows the number of records synced in both Insycle and the connected app

How to Purchase a Plan
  1. Log in to Insycle at https://www.insycle.com/login/
  2. Click Buy Plan in the top right corner under your name
  3. Review the calculated number of records and complete the purchase via the checkout link
Pricing Calculation
  • Pricing is based on the total number of records in the database. You can review the exact record count in Settings > Sync Status
  • Automatically updated at renewal
  • At term renewal: Price adjusts with database changes (up for additions, down for removals)
  • During the term: Additional records during the term are billed quarterly on a prorated basis
  • Choose from Data Management Suite plans: Starter, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise
  • Optionally, add RevOps Acceleration Apps to your plan

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial, giving you risk-free access to explore our features. During the free trial, you can merge, associate, cleanse, and update up to 500 records for free.

Do you offer monthly plans?

Unfortunately, we don't offer monthly plans to individual subscribers. However, we do offer monthly plans to participating Agency Partners. Learn more about the Insycle Agency Partner Program.

How many users are included?

All Insycle plans allow you to invite unlimited team members to your Insycle account. Insycle pricing is based on the number of records in your database, not on the number of users that you invite to Insycle.

How many Modules are included in a plan?

The Starter plan includes one module from the Data Management Suite, and the Growth plan includes two modules.

The Professional and Enterprise plans include access to all modules and the following Advanced Features:

  • Audit Trail and History – Access and download all activity changes from one place at any time.

  • Workflow Automation – Integrate into HubSpot Workflows to fix formatting and duplicates right when they enter and before sending a welcome email.

How many Apps are included in a plan?

RevOps Acceleration Apps are for RevOps teams aimed at solving business objectives that go beyond core data management.

For example, the Assign App enables teams to route and assign leads to sales reps (or tickets to support reps) while taking into consideration existing rep’s load, availability, holidays, working hours, and more.

Apps are add-ons to your plan. You can evaluate Apps for your business use cases with a free trial.
