Insycle offers the flexibility to start with any plan and upgrade as your requirements evolve. For example:
- You can begin with the Starter plan to explore one module that serves an essential need, such as merging duplicates organization, and upgrade to the Growth or Professional plan for additional features as your needs expand.
- You can add the Associate app or Assign app to your plan at any time.
- Insycle supports both monthly and yearly subscription models:

Available Modules and Apps
Modules
Insycle's modules are data maintenance tools; some have a single primary task (Merge Duplicates), while others have dozens of potential use cases (Transform Data). Insycle offers ten different modules. The number of modules you can access depends on your Insycle plan. Choose one with the Starter plan, two with the Growth plan, or access all of them with the Professional plan.
- Merge Duplicates: Identify and merge duplicate data in flexible ways.
- Transform Data: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations, including formatting, standardizing, extracting, mapping, copying, moving, combining, and automating data.
- Magical Import: Deduplicate, cleanse, standardize CSV data, and create relationships during database import.
- Bulk Operations: Declutter, purge low-quality data, and update data in bulk.
- Cleanse Data: Explore value variations in specific fields and review records individually.

Estimating Plan Cost
How Pricing Works
Insycle's pricing model is based on the number of records you sync, with costs automatically calculated and adjusted to match your actual usage.
- Plan costs vary depending on the number of CRM records you sync with Insycle, your selected plan, and additional apps. Prorated charges will apply if you upgrade a plan mid-term.
- The cost is automatically calculated and updated at renewal.
- Both annual and monthly billing plans are available. Pricing is based on a per-1,000-records rate. The prices below reflect annual billing, which includes a 20% discount:
- The Starter plan is $1 per 1,000 records
- The Growth plan is $1.50 per 1,000 records
- The Professional plan is $ 2 per 1,000 records
- All prices are listed in US Dollars.
- All plans include unlimited operations, users, and usage.
You can see your exact count of records being synced with Insycle in Settings > Sync Status under the Total Insycle column.
For New Customers
To get an estimate of the cost as a new customer, visit the Pricing page.
Use the slider at the top to select the number of records in your database. Click the Monthly | Annual payment toggle below the slider to see how the 20% discount for annual billing affects your cost.
The estimated prices for the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans will update as the slider is moved.
To see how adding the Associate app or Assign app impacts the cost, check the value under Optional Add-Ons for the relevant plan. This value will be added to the estimated plan price above.
Enterprise Plans

Estimate Your ROI with the ROI Calculator
The pricing page includes an ROI Calculator that estimates the potential time and cost savings from using Insycle, based on the size and condition of your CRM database. It's a useful way to understand the value Insycle could deliver relative to your plan cost.
The calculator includes three input panels, each with adjustable sliders that update the results in real time:
- Data Profile — Set your total CRM record count, estimated duplicate rate, percentage of records needing maintenance, and monthly data change rate.
- Time & Cost — Enter the size of your data management team, their average hourly rate, and the average time spent fixing a single record manually.
- Assumptions — Adjust factors such as the percentage of manual work that Insycle would automate, your sales and marketing spend per record, and your estimated Insycle plan cost.
As you adjust the sliders, the calculator updates estimates for hours saved, labor savings, sales and marketing impact, and total ROI — both for an initial cleanup and on an ongoing annual basis.
To try it, visit the Insycle Pricing page and select the ROI Calculator tab. When you're done, click Download ROI Report (PDF) to save a summary of your inputs and estimated results.
For Current Subscribers
To see how plan changes would affect pricing, log in to Insycle and go to Settings > Billing. Note your current Plan Details, then click Change Plan.
In the Change your Insycle plan! popup, choose your desired Plan, Modules, and Add-On (Associate or Assign Apps), then click Next to view the updated total annual and monthly costs. Use the Annual payment toggle to see how the 20% discount for yearly billing impacts your cost.

Understanding Your Record Count
Each entry in your CRM that you are syncing with Insycle counts as a record. You can review your record count in Insycle under Settings > Sync Status.
The record types included in the count vary by platform:

For each CRM platform synced with Insycle, these metrics about the last sync are displayed on the Sync Status page:
- Total Insycle - Reflects the total number of records in Insycle
- Total App - The total number of records in your connected app (CRM)
- Breakdown - Details the quantity of each record type included in the totals, indicating how many records are synced in both Insycle and the connected app
Cost Changes Over Time
Pricing is dynamic and will be updated based on the number of records you are syncing with Insycle.
Monthly and annual plan renewals: The cost of your plan is automatically calculated and updated based on the number of records in your database at renewal time. The renewal price may increase if you add records or decrease if you remove unnecessary ones.
Record count changes during the yearly subscription: Any additional records added beyond the current count are billed automatically on a prorated basis each quarter during your subscription.

- Insycle offers a 20% discount on the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans when you pay annually.

Purchasing an Insycle Plan
How to Purchase a Plan
Log in to Insycle at https://www.insycle.com/login/
If your free trial has expired, you can click the Start Plan button in the Trial Expired heading.
Or, go to Settings > Billing and click the Buy Plan button.
In the Purchase your Insycle plan! popup, on the Plans tab, review the calculated number of records by hovering over the Records info icon.
Select the Plan that will work best for your organization.
Save 20% on your subscription by paying Annually. Toggle this option off for monthly pricing.
When ready, click Next.
On the Modules tab, select the needed Module(s), then click Next:
- Select one with the Starter plan.
- Select two with the Growth plan.
- All modules are included with the Professional plan.
On the Add-Ons tab, optionally add the Associate app and/or Assign app, then click Next.
Review the options on the Checkout tab, then complete the purchase via the Checkout button.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial, giving you risk-free access to explore our features. During the free trial, you can merge, associate, cleanse, and update up to 500 records for free.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes, Insycle offers flexible month-to-month plans for the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans, accommodating databases with up to 500,000 records. We offer a 20% discount on the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans when you choose the annual subscription.
For larger databases exceeding 500,000 records, we offer an Enterprise plan available only on an annual basis.
Can I estimate the cost before adding the Associate app?
Yes. You can look up the estimated cost of adding the Associate app to your plan.
If you are a current subscriber:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing. Note your current Plan Details.
- Click Change Plan. The number of records you are currently syncing with Insycle will be calculated.
- In the popup, select the Plan, click Next, then select the Modules.
- On the Add-ons page, you can see how much adding the Associate app will cost each month. Check the box for the Associate app and click Next.
- The total annual cost and monthly cost, including the Associate app, will be displayed.
- If you'd like to proceed with this change to your subscription, or if you have any further questions, click the Contact Us button, and a member of our team will assist you.
If you are a new subscriber:
Use the slider at the top of the Pricing page to select the number of records in your database.
Click the Monthly | Annual payment toggle below the slider to see how the 20% discount for annual billing affects your cost.
The estimated prices for the Starter, Growth, and Professional plans will update based on the slider.
To see how adding the Associate app or Assign app impacts the cost, check the value under RevOps Acceleration Apps for the relevant plan. This value is in addition to the estimated plan price. As you adjust the slider or payment toggle, this value will also update.
How do I add the Associate or Assign app to an existing subscription?
To add the Associate or Assign app to your plan:
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click the Change Plan button.
In the popup, select the Plan, and on the next page, select the Modules.
On the Add-Ons step, check the box for the Associate or Assign app. The value reflects the monthly cost of the app, based on the number of records currently in Insycle.
The total annual cost and monthly cost, including the Associate app, are shown on the Checkout page.
To proceed with this change to your subscription, click the Contact Us button, and a team member will activate the add-on for your account and update your billing.
Activation of the Associate app matches your current subscription period. For example, users on annual plans cannot activate the app for just one month; the add-on covers the entire remaining duration of their subscription. The length of activation depends on your subscription type, so it’s not possible to activate the add-on for periods shorter than your plan's renewal cycle.
How many users are included?
All Insycle plans allow you to invite unlimited team members to your Insycle account. Insycle pricing is based on the number of records in your database, not on the number of users that you invite to Insycle.
If they have access to your CRM, they can be invited to Insycle without charge. Each subscription covers the entire account or connected database, meaning users across your team, including vendors or external partners, can access and contribute to data management as necessary.
In addition, Insycle enables administrators to manage user permissions to ensure data security and access control.

How many modules are included in a plan?
The Starter plan includes one module from the Data Management Suite, and the Growth plan includes two modules.
The Professional and Enterprise plans include access to all modules.
You can also add the Associate or Assign app to any plan.
All plans also include access to the following Advanced Features:
- Audit Trail and History – Access and download all activity changes from one place at any time.
- Workflow Automation – Integrate with HubSpot Workflows or Salesforce Flows to resolve formatting and duplicate issues immediately upon entry and before sending a welcome email.
How many RevOps Acceleration Apps are included in a plan?
RevOps Acceleration Apps are designed for RevOps teams and focus on addressing business objectives that extend beyond basic data management. These apps are available as add-ons to your plan. You can evaluate Apps for your business use cases with a free trial.
- The Assign app allows teams to route and assign leads to sales representatives (or tickets to support team members) while considering the current workload, availability, holidays, working hours, and more for each representative.
- The Associate app enables you to automatically establish relationships between records based on matching rules. You can create hierarchical connections, such as parent-child relationships, and copy data between the linked records.
Can I just purchase the Associate or Assign App?
If your company's sole interest is one of our add-on apps, you can select the Starter plan, which includes any one module, then add the Assign app or Associate app.
If you've selected the Starter plan and are unable to skip past the Modules page without making a selection, please reach out to support, and we'll manually configure your account with the selected app. Connect directly with our support agents using the live chat that appears at the bottom of every page in the app.
Why doesn't the immediate cost match the listed monthly price?
When adding features to your existing plan, immediate costs are prorated according to the remaining time in your selected subscription period, whether monthly or yearly.
For example, if you are on a monthly Starter Plan and want to add the Associate app mid-month, Insycle won't charge for a full month but instead a prorated amount based on the time of the change for the current billing cycle, then charge the full amount from the next renewal date.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot errors encountered during checkout.
"An error occurred while processing your request." Error
If you encounter the error, "An error occurred while processing your request," while trying to pay, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Try to complete the payment in another browser and see if the payment goes through
- Ensure your credit card is active and able to be used for payment
- Use a different credit card
- Contact Chargebee support to enquire further about the issue
- Contact your bank to see if they can identify the issue
"Wrong format" Error
If the email address on your Insycle account contains special characters such as "+", ".", or "é," our payment partner, Chargebee, will consider the address invalid and display a "Wrong format" message. You'll need to use an alternate email address for the Insycle account used for payment.
For example, use "jane@acmewidgets.com" or "janedoe@acmewidgets.com" instead of "jane.doe@acmewidgets.com" or "jane+insycle@acmewidgets.com."
