How To Join the Agency Partner Program

Joining the program is free. The only requirement to participate in the program is to add the Insycle logo and link to the Partners page on your website.

Running Health Assessment Reports for your Clients' CRMs

  1. Log in to Insycle using your agency CRM
  2. Under Settings>Accounts add your clients’ CRMs by clicking the relevant logo in "Add Accounts"
  3. Insycle will automatically start generating the Health Assessment report. Typically it takes less than an hour to prepare the report, but it may take longer for larger databases.

Action Plan for New Agency Clients

  1. Share the Health Assessment metrics with your clients. You can also download the Health Assessment metrics to CSV and prepare a presentation based on the raw data.
  2. Generate detailed preview reports showing the data problems with specific examples.
  3. Offer to fix the problems and maintain your clients' CRM data on an ongoing basis.

How Your Clients Buy an Insycle Plan

  1. Provide your agency link to any of your clients.
  2. Your client will log in using your agency link and click "Buy Plan" to complete the purchase.
  3. The special 10% discount will be applied automatically and shown to your client together with your agency name

After your client buys a plan, your agency can manage their data using Insycle. There is no additional cost for the agency to use Insycle. Please note, the agency link is for client use (not agency retainer).

Troubleshoot Client Databases
Databases that are added to your workspace will expire automatically if they're not on an active paid plan. You can check the status of databases in Settings>Accounts.When a database is expired, Insycle automatically stops processing its data and does not generate a health assessment report for it.

How to add client CRM accounts to your Insycle agency workspace
1. Log In to Insycle Through Your Agency CRM Account Log in to Insycle using your agency CRM database, not your client's database. 

This is ideal so that you can manage all client databases from one place using one login. 

2. Connect Your Client's CRM Account to Insycle

On the Settings>Accounts page in the Insycle dashboard, add any relevant client databases to your workspace so that you can manage all client databases from one place using one login. 

To add a client's account to Insycle, you must be added to their CRM account with appropriate permissions inside the CRM app.

Select your platform by clicking on the logo in the Add Accounts section.

What does it cost to join the Agency Partner Program?

My client's free trial has expired. What do I do now?

Deliver your 10% discounted agency link to your client. Once they subscribe, their plan will be re-activated. If you require a trial extension so that your client can evaluate Insycle, contact support through the live chat. 

How can I share the Customer Data Health Assessment with my client?

Once you've added your client's CRM account to your Insycle workspace, employees of your agency or a client's organization can log in to Insycle through their connected platform and view the Customer Data Health Assessment.

It is a best practice for agencies to go over the results of the Customer Data Health Assessment on a live call.

Additionally, you can generate a CSV summary of your Customer Data Health Assessment to share with clients at any time by clicking the download button in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen.

How can I check the status of my client's plan?

Databases that are added to your workspace will expire automatically if they're not on an active paid plan. You can check the status of databases in Settings>Accounts. When a database is expired, Insycle automatically stops processing its data and does not generate a health assessment report for it.

Does Insycle offer an affiliate program?

No, Insycle does not currently offer an affiliate program. 

Is there an audit trail for changes made to the data?

Yes. You can always view any changes made to the data in your client's CRM by viewing the Activity Tracker page.
