Adding client CRM data to your Insycle agency account
You can manage all your client databases from one place through your agency's Insycle account.
Prerequisite: Before you can add a client's account to Insycle, you must be added as a user to their CRM account with Read and Write permissions for the objects that get synced with Insycle.
Log in to Insycle using your agency CRM account
Use the credentials you use to log into your agency CRM database, not your client's database. This will let you add and manage all the client databases from one place.
Connect your client's CRM account to Insycle
On the Settings > Accounts page in Insycle, add your clients’ CRMs under the Add Accounts section. Click the relevant logos to add each CRM account, and log in with the email that is authorized to use your client's CRM account.

My client's account has expired
Databases that are added to your Insycle agency account will expire automatically if they're not on an active paid plan. You can check the status of client databases in Settings > Accounts. When a database is expired, Insycle automatically stops processing its data and does not generate Health Assessment reports.

How can I share the Data Health Assessment with my client?
Once you've added your client's CRM account to your Insycle workspace, employees of your agency or a client's organization can log in to Insycle through their connected platform and view the Health Assessment.
It is a best practice for agencies to go over the results of the Health Assessment on a live call.
Additionally, you can generate a CSV summary of the Health Assessment to share with clients at any time by clicking the download button in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen.
How can I check the status of my client's plan?
Databases that are added to your workspace will expire automatically if they're not on an active paid plan. You can check the status of databases in Settings > Accounts. When a database is expired, Insycle automatically stops processing its data and does not generate a health assessment report for it.
Does Insycle offer an affiliate program?
