Record Limit: The free trial's 500-record allowance is counted by total records processed across all operations combined — such as merging, updating, or associating. Running more than one operation on the same records adds to the total each time; re-processing the same 100 records across five operations uses 500 of your allowance, not 100. Once the total reaches 500, further operations are blocked. This limit is fixed and cannot be increased during the trial.
Database Size Threshold: The free trial is available for databases containing up to 500,000 records. Databases exceeding this threshold are not eligible for the trial.
