Troubleshooting

I am having trouble logging in to the Data Grader.

If you're having issues logging in, please try the following steps:

Use the Chrome browser
Open a new Incognito window
Log in to HubSpot directly
After you've logged in to HubSpot successfully, log in to the CRM Data Grader

If login is unsuccessful for any reason:

Take a screenshot or record a short video using Loom or another tool.
In Chrome, click the three-dot menu, then select More Tools > Developer Tools. Click the Console tab and capture any message shown there. See Google Developer Tools for more info.
Send the recordings and console log via chat or email them to support@insycle.com.

After clicking the app logo, I was logged into the CRM, not the Data Grader.

Some CRMs require an active CRM browser session before you can use Single Sign-On to log in to Insycle. Log into your CRM, then try logging into the Data Grader again.

I clicked the app logo, but nothing happened.

If your browser has JavaScript disabled, you can either whitelist insycle.com or use the app server login page instead of the marketing site login page.

After the CRM Data Grader completes analyzing your data, it automatically removes all your CRM data from the Insycle infrastructure. Only the CRM Data Grader metrics are retained in the Insycle database.
