Insycle supports all custom Salesforce fields by default.
You can use all Insycle modules to manage, maintain, and automate data operations with any custom fields, in the same way, Insycle works with standard fields in Salesforce.
Salesforce custom fields are available in Insycle by default. They will be available as soon as your Salesforce database is connected to Insycle.
If your Salesforce custom fields are not available in Insycle, there may be specific Salesforce settings that may prevent them from appearing.
Adding Custom Fields
When you add a new custom field in Salesforce, it will automatically show in Insycle the next time you log in or within the hour. You can also trigger manual sync of field metadata at any time. To learn more, see Refresh Data, Sync Latest Changes.
If you're still unable to see Salesforce custom fields in Insycle, you may need to check the field level security, and make sure that Visible is checked for the user profile (see more in Salesforce forums here and here).
One way to troubleshoot is by setting "Field-Level Security" on the relevant field and checking "Visible" on all profiles.
First, navigate to the "Account" (or contacts, etc.) object page, then select "Fields & Relationships" from the menu, load the page for your custom field, and then click the "Set Field-Level Security" button.
Then, you can select the "Visible" checkbox to ensure that the field is available for all profiles.
